Radiotherapy is a widely recognised treatment fornon-melanoma skin cancer. We report three casesof radiation-induced skin ulcers in which hyperbaricoxygen therapy was administered in 90-min ses sions, 5 days a week at 2.4 absolute atmospheres ina multiplace hyperbaric chamber. Hyperbaric oxy gen therapy is an outpatient treatment that does notdisplace other classical treatments and may be usedas an adjunct therapy.
