La vasculopatía livedoide es una enfermedad trombo-oclusiva no inflamatoria, rara, crónica y recurrente. Presenta características clínicas e histológicas distintivas, que la diferencian de las verdaderas vasculitis inflamatorias. Algunos casos se asocian con anormalidades en la coagulación o a otras enfermedades, principalmente autoinmunes. Presentamos el caso de una paciente, en la cual no se encontraron alteraciones asociadas y realizamos una breve revisión de la literatura.
Livedoid vasculopathy is a rare, chronic, recurrent and noninflammatory thrombus-occlusive disease. It presents distinctive clinical and histological characteristics, which differentiate itfrom true inflammatory vasculitis. In some cases, are associated with abnormalities in coagulation or other diseases, mainly autoimmune. We present a case report, to whom no associated alterations were found, and we made a brief review about literature.
